Driving Directions:
FROM DOWNTOWN HOUSTON:
Take I-45 North to Conroe. Exit State Highway 105 and drive west (left) on HWY 105 for 8.3 miles. Turn right on Tejas Boulevard into the Waterpoint Center. The Marina office is located behind the retail buildings — behind the County Line BBQ Restaurant.
FROM NORTHWEST HOUSTON:
Take FM 149 North to the town of Montgomery. At the four-way light in downtown Montgomery, turn right on State Highway 105 and drive east toward Conroe for 6.4 miles. Turn left on Tejas Boulevard into the Waterpoint Center. The Marina office is located behind the retail buildings -- behind the County Line BBQ Restaurant.
